We do not collect, store, or have access to any sensitive financial data. At no point does VIDAVA receive, transmit, or retain card numbers, CVV/CVC security codes, expiration dates, billing addresses, or cardholder names as they appear on your card.
We do not establish connections to your bank accounts, financial institutions, or payment processors. No transaction data, account balances, or fund-transfer capabilities ever pass through our systems.
The only card-related information we store is what you voluntarily enter: the card's common name (e.g. "Chase Sapphire Preferred"), the issuing bank, and rewards details. This limited data is used solely to generate personalized recommendations — the actual payment at checkout is handled entirely by the merchant and your bank.

VIDAVA does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your card details and browsing activity are never monetized.
Your account and card data are stored securely via Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. AI recommendations are processed through Anthropic's Claude API — no personal data is stored by Anthropic or used for model training.

VIDAVA does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking scripts. The extension only activates on checkout pages to provide card recommendations.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of VIDAVA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
